At the Natural Dog Food Company, we aim to provide efficient and reliable shipping across the UK through DPD’s next working day delivery service.

Delivery Schedule

• Orders placed before 2pm will usually be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery (subject to warehouse availability).
• Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following working day.

Shipping Costs

• Standard delivery is £4.95.
• Delivery is free on orders over £50.

Delivery Regions

• Our next working day delivery service applies to mainland UK only.
• For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, islands, and other remote areas, delivery times and costs may vary.
• Overseas shipping is available at an additional cost. However, orders from outside the UK cannot be placed directly on our website. If you’re interested in international shipping, please contact us via email or phone to organise delivery.

Notifications and Tracking

DPD will notify you on the day of delivery via text and email, providing a 1-hour delivery window. You’ll also be able to track your parcel in real-time using the DPD app or their website, offering full visibility of your order’s journey.
