That’s up to you. Choose anything from every week to every six months when you sign up, and change it whenever you like.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, any time, from your account. Just make any changes before your next billing date so you’re not charged for that delivery.
Will I get charged without warning?
Never. We’ll always send a reminder before your next delivery, so you’ve plenty of time to skip, pause or adjust if you need to.
What if my dog needs a different food?
No problem at all. Swap to any recipe whenever their needs change – handy if they’re moving from puppy to adult food, or onto one of our Sensitive or Vet Care ranges.
Is there a minimum commitment?
None at all. Subscribe for as long as it suits you and your dog.
